NexTier Bank is looking for positive additions
to our National Originations team.
Here are some bullet points to tell you a little about our company.

• Individual support by our Branch Liaison via phone, e-mail and personal visits
As a NexTier Loan Production Office, you will bypass your need for the following:
o State Licensing Exempt—originate in all 50 states +DC
o Insurances and Bonding
o CPA Services—including: tax returns, bookkeeping, and financial statements
o Individual State annual reporting, renewals and audits
o Payroll processing services
The “Loan Production Office Responsibilities” listed below should help you determine if you are a good fit for NexTier Bank.
• Branch manager must have at least five years experience in mortgage originations
• You are responsible for all branch expenses: payroll, rent, utilities, credit reports, AUS costs, marketing etc.
• Initial deposit and maintain a reserve account equal to three month’s expenses
• Provide your own office, equipment, software and hardware
• NexTier will charge .5% on every loan in exchange for services
• Loan Officers are required to complete seven hours of compliance testing per year
• Routine origination auditing exams and QC requirements
• Closing a minimum of 10 units or $1,400,000 of mortgage loans monthly
• NexTier Bank does not allow dual employment.
