4 months ago we ran this file LP at Taylor Bean and it was approved without provinding income docs. Now they have found a home, we need to re-run LP, but TBW does not take income waivers anymore.
What GOOD A-Paper Banks still take income waiver approvals for verification of income... or go off findings?
Purchase, TX, 789 Score, $250,000 price, 80% LTV, Tons of Assets, SFR, O/O, Doc Relief. |

| If DU/LP is not asking for income docs I have had no problem getting those done anywhere, so long as the income is reasonable. You will need to re-run it to be sure the findings are the same if you have not already. |

We can get this loan done no problem, in fact I wish every deal was like this one. Underwriting is running at 48 hour approvals and we would be able to get this closed next week....Please contact me to discuss this scenario and get it into UW.
Thanks |

| I find that Amtrust is really easy to work with and most likely with that scenario you would receive an income waiver. |

key difference there too, I can't believe so many people are still in the biz and just don't get it. |

| I know Countrywide has the income waiver, and I think Citi also. |
