Anyone Hear About Guaranteed Rate having problems?

A tapped into the biz friend of mine said that some guaranteed rate's warehouse lines are being frozen and they are slowing down the applications inhouse and beginning to broker. Nothing is shocking anymore to me, but they are newer and had been doing well... anyone hear anything similar?

NOT TRYING TO START RUMORS!!! Just trying to find out if this is just one of the many rumors out there about the biz.
