| I have a client 1 yr since chap. 7 discharged. Rate and term refi. at 90 LTV. DTI is 40%. Mid at 615. Any chance w/FHA or Fannie as a manual underwrite? Ideas would be greatly appreciated. |

| Only chance would be for FHA and you must have documented extenuating circumstances (injury, illness, death, etc.) |
