I would like to share my experience with Best Rate Referral. I bought 50 exclusive leads from Best Rate Referral. I was disappointed when I first receive my leads that day. The leads look like a quick application not a lot of information about the borrower, for the price that I paid for these exclusive leads was not worth it at all. Some of the leads that I receive the borrower already has a 30 years fix and their rate is at a 4.50%-6.00%. I had two leads the borrower is currently refinance with other broker shop and getting ready to get loan docs. I had a few duplicate leads in different days but their telemarketer was a different person on the quick application sheet. So I question myself why I am receiving duplicate leads in different days but different telemarketer was talking to the borrower. So I called back to all the 50 leads that I receive from Best Rate Referral and talk to the borrower and ask them what do they think about the marketing company has called them. Some of the borrowers was very annoyed because more than one broker shop has called them. I was very disappointed about Best Rate Referral on their quality check on their leads. I hoping to find a good lead company to work with. I had read a lot of Broker Outpost member recommend Best Rate Referral but I would not recommended to anybody for their leads and the prices on their exclusive leads are not worth it at all. If any members on here knows a good lead company please let me know.

| Why would i talk down on people? I have nothing to gain from this. I have the right to give my option. Just asking other members have they experience like I did. You want proof? I can post all 50 leads that I have purchase online and you call the borrower yourself. |

John, I don't remember you off the top of my head and after looking in my system it was over a year ago that you ordered?!?! Why post this now with out ever contacting me about it?!? If you had any issue with our leads I am very contactable, why didn't you contact me? Can you explain all of this bud? ALso if you got any lead under 6.5% on a 30 yr fixed it would have had to have some debt or cash out request. THAT IS IN OUR RETURN POLICY!!
My cell is all over the net (702-205-0502). If anything and I mean anything is wrong with the leads I am very very receptive in talking to you and fixing it ASAP, always have been alway will. I'm Not sure where this is coming from since your order was placed many months ago but like I said call me and I'll take a loook into it for you. I have ever not taken care of an issue.

demon,
You do realize that when a company sells you their leads exclusively it means between you and that company. No company can provide you with a 100% exclusivity external to that. They can't stop other companies, lenders, brokers from contacting the same person (lead),you received / contacted.
So, although your lead agreement may have been exclusive between you and BRR, BRR can't control if some other company/individual has the same lead data they are selling you and using it. |

Hi Demon,
Speak to Raymond on the phone.
Believe me, you are dealing with an honest and professional guy. One of the best, if not the best on this board.
If you have lead issues, he will fix them ...
The guy works wholehartedly to give you guys the best of the best day after day after day.
I wouldn't waste 5 mins of my time writing this if I didn't believe in his services and what he stands for.

| Your just posting this now! I am not believing this. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with Raymond and I am sure I have paid for his kid's braces and then some but the money I have made by using his leads and marketing he has paid for my kids to go to college! He has always taken care of people even if it means taking a little longer to fulfill a campaign. If you truly had an issue you should have came to him right away for your own sake. I keep all of my lead providers posted almost daily as to how there leads are working for my office. It is just good business practice. |

I must vouch for Raymond as well. I won 20 of his ARM leads in a Superbowl contest and when all was said and done; 15 or so leads were
sent in addition to the initial 20. (replaced due to value issues in California with no questions asked or hassles)
As far as exclusive; well NO prospects information is exclusive, as anyone can call a prospect and generate a lead. I can assure you that the leads that you bought from BRR were sold to you and only you. These days many prospects give their info to several different companies (via internet/phone/etc), and then complain that they are getting too many calls from brokers. Go figure. |
