We regret to announce that due to Secondary Marketing Conditions beyond our control, we have to TEMPORARILY SUSPEND taking applications for the Gold Reverse JUMBO product. Current loans that have APPROVALS out will need to satisfy all conditions and doc by Friday, September 12th in order to fund. We will keep everyone posted of when we can start originating again.

Any wholesale lenders that will offer jumbo reverse? I have a loan with gold reverse, not sure if im going to be able to get all stips in by friday. |

Yes, the two that are left are Everbank and World Alliance. Everbank's program works better (provides more cash and doesn't have any loan fees, including the appraisal) and is more flexible then LLS's, so check them out first. |

| I just got a hold of everbank, they said they sold off there reverse mortgage division. Still waiting for a call back from alliance, any others? |

Yes. They've also been called "Vertical" and recently changed their name to "Senior Lending Network". I stick with World Alliance because it's what they call themselves in their Disclosures. One day they'll stick with a name. |

| Vertical, LLS (Lender Leads Solutions), World Alliance, and Senior Lending Network (SNL) are ALL the same company. Which is now called the Senior Lending Network. |
