full doc refi,two jobs,the higher income monthly job has 2yr break in employment history, 1 year now and the prior years were 99-2005 (mother died-she took care until end)2nd job, is a continuous nine years to date.ltv 66%,dti 45,mid score is 616, problem..5 x lates on second,1-08,11-07,10-07,9-07,7-07. She is current now on both first and second mtgs,Thx for your considerations..

We can shoot for FHA. I can ask underwriting if they will sign off on those lates and job history. They look at 7.5% with 3 point.
