Hello everyone!!
I have a customer who recently built a SFR for $200,000 in Florida.
He currently has a 640 credit score and his 1st mortgage is at 80% LTV.
He is looking for a 10%ltv/90% CLTV HELOC or 2nd mortgage for $20,000. Full doc.
Any ideas who to go to??

| Candy, this is going to be extremely difficult to do. Especially with that credit score. You have no chance of it being down wholesale, but potentially retail is an option. Even that is unlikely though. |

We had come to the same conclusion and already sent him to a bank and they turned him down....just giving it one more shot!!!  |

Candy,
If his equifax or Transunion is above 650, I may be able to point you to someone who can do that. Not hard money, Tough loan though.
