| I am looking for some lenders that can do an 80% LTV full doc loan on a mixed use office space building that has three units. Credit is in the 700s and will be a purchase. More information is coming but those are the basics that I have now. NOO |

location? loan amount? all offices(any resi or retail) leases?(NNN) photos

80% not a problem.
7.25% on a 5/25 ARM, 8.25% on a 30 fixed.
No lock-out. No balloon.

Gman asked the right questions and will need more information. Not possible to give positive response without more of a complete picture. All commercial loans are different and therefore I never treat them all the same.
We have over 8,100 loan program options. To find the best deal for you I need to know much more. Email the complete details of the deal, then we discuss the best options for your client. |

Kyle, I am a commercial broker and this is an easy deal. The point of the post was for a co-worker of mine. I wanted to get a list so he could start making some good contacts. I actually got some good reponses and always like to make new contacts as you would probaby agree that the more people you know the better you can service your clients. Thanks to the people that resonded with constructive ides. Thses are the people that make this site work!!!!! |

I dont understand? Why would anyone want you to give them a hand if you dont even have ability to do your own loans?

Ok? Yeah I am really slow right now, sorry - thats why I am still at the office at 7PM. I love how people get called out and then they just take aim and fire with "You have too much time on your hands" responses instead of answering.
Well..gotta get back to being lazy with my pathetic $14.5M pipeline.
