Need A Hard Money Lender

I have a customer who recently entered into a loan modification agreement with his lenders. Prior to the loan modification, customer had no mortgage lates. He now wants to go hard money to purchase a home for $125K in Florida (will be primary residence and worth at least twice that amount), however, his credit is showing mortgage lates of 90+ because of the loan modification agreement. He was unaware that his lenders were reporting his payments as late even though he had been making all the payments, per the loan modification agreement. Are there any hard money lenders out there who will do this loan?

Whats his score like?? apart from the 90 day mortgage lates, does he have lates on any other accounts on the credit report
