I am thinking of supplementing my mtg income by doing some loan closings for title insurance companies in my area?

Has anyone else done that? It seems like a way to supplement my income and not really disrupt biz too much.

They are hurting and if you are going to get steady business be prepared to work cheap.

Thanks for the input- is there a registry of sorts the various title co's use for closers?
