We have a super high end builder to the stars in Beverly Hills who needs an $800K 2nd on one of his homes that's under construction. Prefer institutional lender, no hard money, please.

| Look at what you are asking for. An 800K second on a home that is under construction. Never going to happen with a conventional bank, and private money will not go to that high of a CLTV on a second. |
