I am having trouble finding some to look at this deal. Ratios are strong at 25/34. Assurity Financial will look at it but they have a 3.5 hit for no FICO! That means the borrower would have to pay 1.875 to get a 7.875% rate at par to me. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
