| We have private investors that do rehab loans in SoCal. We provide 90% LTV for acquisitions and 100% of the rehab costs up to 65% of the ARV. Email details for pricing. |

It's a property in WA state. Honestly I have never done a rehab loan and have no idea how they work, please help? The purchase price is 260,000.00 it's bank owned and client estimates that it will take 60k to finish. He has 74k in assets to go toward the project.

| Seriously though-Freedom Mortgage wholesale out of NY and M&T do 203k, streamlines, and fannie mae rehab loans last I checked. |

We do rehab loans in all 50 states. 12-14%, 4-8 points 100% Financing Up to 70% LTV of ARV
