Is any investor agressively pricing Non Owner occupied SFR's? I just had a call from a refferal source that is looking for a Rate and term refi on a Non Owner Occ property. Great FICO's, should be great income.
They are a Realtor and the property is in Montana.
Thanks. |

I saw ICON had a stated investment, that's pretty amazing. We just got set up with them and closed one last month, ICON did everything they said they would and our Rep Justin Smith was fantastic, really went to bat to get the deal through.
Thanks for the Input. |
