Purchase, 750 FICO, Full Doc, SFR, O/O, 80% LTV, Loan Amount = $600,000 (Non-Conforming b/c max loan amount in county is $500K), 20% Down Payment is coming from a Gift of Equity.

Looking for a 30 Year Fixed or 5 Year I/O. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
