Happy Last week of the month,

I know some of you have been waiting to see what my results are from my synergy campaign. Well we have taken about 67 calls and counting. I took 1 this morning which looks pretty good its a 702 credit score full doc, loan to value of 81%, a single family residence, with a 482,000 loan amount, and debt to income 44%, although the husband is a union emplyee and is currently laid off, my undriter should be able to go off his w2 instead of his pay stub. The wife has a license day care center out of her home and shes short of two years for filing her taxes, and the debt to income is based off of him soley. This is just 1 of the 28 solid apps we took. So you wonder will I do it again and was it profitable at the end of the day. I can honestly say that it was both and I will be running another campaign a little up north from us after labor day. I will keep using them as long as it keeps working. Their data I found to be much different than what I have used in the past, so in their defense they are definetly doing something different. I still have the rest of the week left for calls, so I must get going, till next time... I will keep you all posted

How big was your campaign?

What was the total cost of the campaign?

What is the average loan size for your campaign?

How many have you actually Closed on?

What was the average of Fees per file on the deals closed?

What state did you mail?

What data did you target? I believe you earlier said ARM data.

Mathew,

5,000 piece campaign
I targeted loan balances of 200k or higher
I have 6 that will fund for sure and my loan officers are working about 4 more that are a little tricky but should be able to get 2 if not all of them, The average fee will vary, but in the state I mailed into its roughly about 3k per copy, I mailed OK and SC, Arm data, As far as the cost you will have to email me directly for that information, out of respect for our vendor.

why wouldn't he like his pricing to be shown? Does it vary per client?

I believe it does vary per client, it really depends on how many filters you use and what postage you use as well as the marketing material. But they will defintely do a good job for you and they will be able to tell what filters will work for you market segment.

Is there a Range that you can give out pricewise here? I'd love to at least have some idea of what one pays.

Also, how come some people get one price and others get other pricing? What kind of BS is that?

Also, you've done One Mailing?

Their range is .50 to about .90 cents, The reason it varies is because you pay more for the extra filters.. This is my first mailing and I have another one going out after labor day. Maybe you should call them if you think it is BS and find out for your self, I did. Trust me I was skeptical at first but you never know until you try it. In this market you have to be willing to explore different options and take a serious look at something before you pass on it. Thats what Ive learned over the years.

.50 a piece is kind of a bad deal, raymond sells his stuff for .38 per piece. What was so different about your piece and your list?

Are your LO's using an inbound script to handle the calls or are they just "winging it"?

We basically wing it, but we do have a internal process to move the loan process forward. It makes it alot easier to weed through calls and get to the next call without spending a half hour to later find out you cant help them
