| Flagstar is giving me issues on a spot approval for a site condo. The subject is a site condo which are very common in MI. I have the condo approved but the underwriter wont' accept the appraisal because of zoning. She wants zoning to say "condo" but the township has it zoned as "PUD". The township has paperwork stating that site condos are classified under the "PUD" zoning classification and that site condos do not have their own classification. I'm at a standstill. Any ideas? The appraiser can't mark "condo" because it's not zoned that way and I can't get the underwriter to accept it as is. |

| Yes I'd try getting your account executive involved... this seems easy provided you have all of the documentation you say you do. |
