I have a past client call and want to purchase an investment property for 100,000 80% LTV.....1/2 of their money from employer is paid under the table (construction) and we do not have enough money on the tax return, but bank statements so significantly more in deposits.
I know this seems like a joke, but I hate to turn it down before checking all options!

They only do loans inside Texas now.

Unless these guys can come up with way more this will not be possible. An 80% investor is only going to happen full doc. Sorry.

but not sure if they lend in the state that your looking for. All three lend in FL though
