I have a past client call and want to purchase an investment property for 100,000 80% LTV.....1/2 of their money from employer is paid under the table (construction) and we do not have enough money on the tax return, but bank statements so significantly more in deposits. I know this seems like a joke, but I hate to turn it down before checking all options! |
