I have a client who is in need of a second mortgage. Here are the details:
#9786; Value = $815,000 (2007 appraisal)
#9786; Balance = $400,000
#9786; LTV = 50
#9786; 3-family in NJ (2 properties on one lot, 1-family in front, 2-family rear building)
#9786; O/O
#9786; 800+ FICO
#9786; Self-Employed (over 2 years, CPA letter available)
#9786; Stated Income/Verified Assets (more than sufficient assets available)
#9786; Loan amount $250,000 (80 CLTV)
§ Will settle for $200,000
Irwin Home Equity, the last source I knew, is gone. Do you know of a lender who would do this loan? If so, please let me know immediately. Thank youin advance for your assistance.
