| I have a Client that bought a 4 unit cash last week and wants to refi and pull a bit of cash out. Citi now has a 6 month stip for seasoning on title and I'm not sure if there are any conforming lenders that will still allow no seasoning on title for a full doc investor, cash out, 4 unit, sub 75 LTV? Any Ideas? |
