Non warrantable condo lenders??

Looking for some more options on lenders that have good 5/1 programs for 80% non-warrantable condo. Normally would be going to ING but they cap at 60LTV. Have a couple of other lenders, but want to make sure that i am getting the best rates for my clients. Full doc, CA propert 800 mid 20%down purchase...any suggestions are appreciated
