Hello there,
Glad you liked it. The newsletter is actually part of the Loan officer Marketing Lab membership, it comes with 12 issues to cover a 6 month marketing cycle. So while it cannot be downloaded except by members, if that is not an option, you can create your own.
Just make certain that you follow the guidelines laid out in the audio and video:
1 - Relevant information (No recipes, jokes, etc)
2 - Eye catching design (Especially if you plan on mailing)
3 - At least 1 major call to action
