I have a client in need of a construction to permanent loan in GA. They own 4 acres of land valued at $40k to be used as their equity injection. Total cost of home build will be right about $130k. This gives them @ 80% LTV for the completed improved home and land plus other injections that they have already made i.e. design plans, survey, contractors bids, ect.

Please let me know who has the best CTP loan program. I liked IndyMac's programs before they ended their wholesaling.

Does this mean that you have a construction to permanent loan program?

Jill does not work for Flagstar.
Contact your Flagstar rep and they would be able to help you.

Thank you Brandi,

Do you know of any other lenders outside of Flagstar, I would like to have at least 3 solid resources especially in this market.

I need a contact name and number for M & T bank.

Any others will be helpful as Flagstar will but require 700+ credit score.
