Ca,750 Fico, Purchase, O/O, $355,200 Loan Amount, 80% LTV, Full Doc, Sale by Bank, Property is uninhabitable at the moment.

Comparable sales on this property when finished is $850K - $1M.

Can anybody do this loan?

We have private investors that will do this loan with 10% down for the acquisition and 100% of the rehab costs up to 65% of the ARV. Buyer should have a history of rehabs and use a general contraactor. SoCal only. Email details for pricing.
