Can anyone tell me if there are any FHA lenders doing loan amounts less than $100K in Florida? Thanks for your help!

Yes, Taylor Bean & Whitaker is the best. They don't have a lot of adjustments to price. I am in Alabama and do under $100K quite often.

well figure out if you will make any money at all on it. TBW will only let you charge up to 4.99% on those loans. MIP is already at 1.5% do the math im sure you will notice FHA loans are tuff to make money on when loan amounts are 100K and under. Maybe look out of state for deals if you are lic. to do out of state.
