Would any BO members have a recommendation for a lender offering the following?
Cash out (50K)
80 LTV
480K loan amount
Investment property / 4 plex
Full doc
780 FICO
LA / 90044
3/1, 5/1, 7/1, 10/1 or 30 year fixed.

Flagstar can do it, if you don't mind forking over an additional appraisal fee for their
AMC... |
