Believe the same
FHA is the best way to go
Even if you could get it to go on ceonventional, the adujstments would push the rate up to over 8% |

From my understanding the Agency are not buying sub 580 loans... |

Approve/Eligible also is the result you want when you run FHA loans thru DU
You will not get an Approve/Eligible on conventional financing with a sub 580 score |
