| I have a borrower 800 scores, no debt looking to do a 90 or 95% with no M.I. Any suggestions for a bank? Thanks |

Good luck with that! I don't know of any lender that still does no MI loans. Just find a creative way to inform your borrower that 800 credit scores don't matter - no one is doing it.
BTW, your profile says you're a wholesale lender. I didn't know that wholesale lenders were now originating loans? |

| GB mortgage. 95% no MI and 24 hour underwriting turntime. I kill everyone one this product. It was alot better a couple of months ago (less adjustments) but I have one closing Friday. 730 score. Charging 1.5 on the front and making an 1/8 on the back. Navy Fed couldn't touch it. |
