Hey Brent.. hope Tampa is holding up with Fay beating on us.
I can vouch for Brent's company. We just closed a loan on Friday with a very difficult situation. We thought we had a free and clear deal but the ladies home wound up having liens and judgements involved which caused a ton of issues. Regardless they got the entire deal locked up and fixed all the issues in less than three days. The lady needed the funds so that she could get an attourney for a court date. Brent's company actually contacted the attourney and provided documentation to assist my client in getting him retained prior to funding the loan.
These guys have gone way out of the normal way for me before too.
We had a commercial loan in Tampa and some VERY difficult clients. They were calling the owner of the hard money company at all hours of the day and even spent an ENTIRE day at closing giving hell and asking dumb questions. Regardless these guys got my clients closed and the money they needed.
I'll even get a call months after we loose a deal saying that they finally locked up a client and are paying me on the deal...

Hey Jamie we lend nationwide but every deal is on a case by casy basis. As chris metioned above alot of lender will not get involved beyond just issuing the approval and closing the loan. Its up to you to reslove all the issues that surround a hardmoney deal.
However we dont take that approach. We feel that if can help you with attorneys, tax accoutants, financial planners, title problems, explaning thing to the client as the lender the it makes your job easier.
