| MLS or Craigslist, local newspaper, if your just looking for rents, if this to calculate cap rates then yes call an appraiser! |

The problem with that is that askin' ain't gettin'. Appraisers have sources for actual rents and they can vary greatly from rental listings especially in todays market. But the might be useful if you wanted to know what the very tip top of the range may be. |
