I recently just bought a house myself and was wondering if any banks out there are still offering no seasoning helocs. I've owned the house for about 2 months now and have done substantial upgrading to it, wanted to see if I can take out a line of credit going up to 80%. The house is probably worth about 250,000 and I owe about 132,000 on it. If not 80%, if anyone knows someone that can come close. My fico score is around a 720 but I would have to go stated I can verify assets. The house is in California. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
