Constructing what? A home, commercial building/s, small shopping center/strip site, church, etc? How much have you put into the project? Have you completed your due deligents? Do you have plans? What is the projected value after completion? Projected income, if any? How soon do you want or need the money? LTV's range from 55% to 80%, depending on the DSR and loan type. A lot of questions need answering before any of us can help you. quote:
