Anyone have any ideas who still does any ALT A or stated programs.

I have 75% LTV, RATE/TERM REFI, 20 year term. 682 credit score.

Citimortgage was my only option but they are balking on the business license. Clean deal in rural Missouri but some appraisal comps came from Kansas b/c subject property is 1 mile from state border and nearest population is in Kansas.

Try Countrywide or HSBC.
