I haven't touched too much jumbo lately. Is anyone doing a 90 CLTV 2nd ($100,000 - $120,000) right now or is it a total waste of time?
Purchase scenario 80/10/10 804 midscore Full doc DC property Purchase price 1M - 1.2M 10% downpayment
Thanks in advance for the input if any.

| Hi Luke. Are you retail? It's not necessarily a deal killer if you are. |

I think this guy can help you out.
Talk to him, you probably won't get anything from it but it's good to build a rapport with your client for future business.

Yes, I am retail. I can do a $250,000 second on top of an Agency jumbo to get your borrower 90% CLTV.
Let me know what I can do. |

Hi there, I am retail too and in your back yard. I can do a stand alone (portfolio) up to a 95% ltv. It would not be a heloc, but a fixed rate. My email here has been disabled due to some recent unsolicited activity. Let me know if you would like me to get in touch.
I have been laying real low on these 2nds because I don't want to get caught up doing car loans. |

| Are your seconds concurrent with our first? Or do they have to close after the 1st is closed? |

Peter, I am limited to the east coast at present. This is truly on of the last pockets of true portfolio money. I had hoped to post something in the announcement section last weekend, but am running behind. I am sorry to say I can only work right now in 13 states. And I know the stand alones can save deals.
Mtel, it's going to be this afternoon, from my work laptop, sooner if I can. The underwriter is literally 10 steps from my desk on this.....up to 200K can be handled there. Any 2nd over 200K requires BOD approval. (think small savings bank, FLEXIBLE - but not to the point of stupid guidelines, think 1980's-type lending).
