703FICO I know I need a 720! Back end is 63% If I can Pay off debt it would be 54.64% 145K liquid w2 employee feel free to hit me up off the board sherrmann@envisionlending.com

| Give Lime Financial a try; I think they go to 55% DTI. Also Greystone I believe goes to 55% DTI assuming this property conformes to a conforming jumbo loan amounts within your county. |

I thank you so much and I mean that I love this forum if you ever run into developments that need to be bought out I have clients with huge amounts of cash from 1 to 500 units and they are ready to buy to buy 1point in it for us to split can be good i just made 40K on 50 units in WA! I thank you again |

| Did you try FHA? They are more forgiving on the DTI. |
