Looking for 65%ltv, cash out,on an investment property. Full doc with an LP steamline accept. Borrower has a 580 mid score and ratios of 10%/33%.
My problem with file is property was recently withdrawn from MLS (2 weeks ago).
Any Ideas guys??? |

| I think provident funding has revised their guidelines to allow properties that were recently on the MLS. |

LOL...unfortunately NO. Thats where my LP Streamline Accept came from and precisely why I need to find this one a home. Prov Funding cant do it.
