why is the spot apporval taking along time?
HUD says this is subject to DE underwriter determination / best effort. we have no addtional time for Spot apporvals. i can go over what documention is needed. justinkennedy@directcorp.com |

| The underwriter does spot approvals, you just have to supply them with all the documentation. |

| Did one with TBW few months ago, it took almost two months to do the deal. but that was also because Taylor BEan were swamped at the time. |
