Who can do this scenario?
Can you please price this scenario?
Purchase, N/O/O, 4 Unit, CA, Loan Amount = $280,000, LTV = 70%, SIVA or SISA (price both please), 780 FICO.
Looking for a 30 year Fixed. Thanks.

Did you try running it as full doc on DU to see if its even going to ask for income?

30 year fixed at 7.50% 1.5 pt cost. Has to be SIVA. Can't have over 5 properties.

Here is your pricing per your request:
7.50% .375% cost
30 year fixed
No I/O (not available)
No Prepayment Penalty
6 mos. reserves required if going SIVA
N/O/O
4 unit
***Max properties owned is 4 including primary residence. Also, can't use any rental income on other properties if rented out less than 24 months
If going SISA:
7.50% .625% cost
all other terms same as above except for the reserves. No verification of reserves
