In response to the threat of Legal Action by the attorneys representing Money Tree Training group for speaking negatively about Brian Bailey, I have removed the original post and my comments of this company.

Saw Pat Fenton (seminar) a couple of years ago in Sacramento. My buddy and I walked out. People were looking at us like we were nutz. Total horse pucky.

They are a complete waste of time and money...they prey on the new hires and those who just aren't experienced enough to know they have been 'taken'.

I attended this seminar and Pat Fenton will yell, jump, and spit all over you (if you're in the front row) and make you feel like crying, laughing, and inviting him over for dinner.

He's actually very rude too.

The microphone the hotel let him used was 'bugging' out because it appeared he just yelled too much and the feedback irritated him I guess. So this guy literally threw the mic across the room and then sternly demanded another one and kind of ridiculed an employee of the hotel about it in front of the audience! I wanted to get up and leave if I wasn't with my team.

One of the newer Jr. LO's I trained actually paid for the 'advanced' training against my advice and the material she brought back was worthless! There was no software that they promised, just some really lame PowerPoint slides. The so-called spreadsheets looked like very cheap ripoffs of the Mortgage Coach.

The quality of information and the actual material they give out is just sub-par, disappointing truthfully.

Glad to hear about this. My assistant had us scheduled for one of these seminars last week... I was too busy to go. At least I think it is the same thing... Money Tree something...
