We are seeking highly motivated and high end LO's for **Commercial transactions ONLY** in Pennsylvania. The pay is 100% commission. You get paid when the loan funds! We offer competative splits; our office handles cradle to grave processing and scheduled closings, there are no costs associated to the loan officer. We take care of everything else, your job is to do what you do best which is get the deals in and sell them the borrower. The more you bring in we allow a more profitable negotiated split.
Only Serious and professional individuals need apply!
We do accept residential submissions if you become a Loan Officer of our office, although our focus is primarily on Commercial Lending.
