i have a customer who wants to do a serious of hard equity cash outs, he owns property in texas, california, and elsewhere, he wants 350K out , but really wants 50k fast
he owns a residential non owner occ in elk grove california worth 800k owned free and clear, is there any lender here that could put together a quick hard money cash out in 50 days on that it would be a 50K loan on an 800k house, he wants more than that but he needs to 50k quick, so the larger loans could be done without urgency later on. If you can lend the 350k on the house quickly than that is fine to. but this has to be done fast
