Homecomings has this to 70% with a minimum Fico of 70% LTV. 12 months PITI minimum.

Rich, assuming that your loan is a SIVA, you can run
DU or LP as full doc to get an income waiver. HSBC will
do conforming-jumbo loans based on assigned DU or LP
findings (or you can run them on their webloan system) with
the income waiver. The loan limit for Los Angeles County
is $729,500 and in your county should be around the same
which should cover your require loan amount.

Then you get full doc pricing on Fannie conforming-jumbo
products which is better than SIVA pricing.
