Looking for a hard money lender in Ohio. Investor wants c/o refi on an investment property (free and clear) to use to re-invest in another property. Looking for 9%, 1 year term. 700 fico.
Also need hard money lender for Maryland (several deals from $31,000-$120,000)soe o/o, others n/o/o
Lenders only please! Creating a broker chain only creates problems! |

61% LTV in Ohio n/o/o
55% in PA- o/o
55% in MD-o/o
80% in MD- o/o
95% (ha!) down to 80% in MD-o/o |

most hard money lenders are local nowadays, best thing to do is Google: Hard Money Lenders in (City,County or State) or any combo of the 3 depending on how populated the area is |
