We have a unique way of allowing you to be involved in doing FHA business. By teaming up with a partner who is not currently in the business (wife, friend, etc.) and having that person sign up with us as a Retail Loan Officer would allow you to refer business to that person and make money on loans you may just be giving away. The Retail Loan Originator needs no experience. We handle all the hard stuff. The program is fully compliant with both HUD and the State of Florida.

Just some of the advantages are:
* No start-up costs. Start doing FHA right away.
* We pay 80% of the Origination Fee and YSP to you on the first two (2) loans in any month and 90% of the Origination Fee and YSP if you do more than two (2) loans in a month.
* The program is easy. We do all the processing and the work for you.
* We are a wholesale lender by nature so your business contacts and leads are protected unlike if you were going to refer a loan out to a "friend" to do for you.
* As a lender we have very competitive pricing and YSP does not have to be disclosed on the HUD
If you want to close FHA loans in Florida, This is the way to go. If interested, please call or e-mail.

Addendum, this program is geared for the smaller broker or broker shops. There is no exclusivity involved. Done on a "as-is" basis.
