WE WOULD ACCEPT HARD MONEY LENDERS THAT CAN DELIVER OR PRIVATE INVESTORS. WE HAVE EVERY POSSIBLE DOCUMENT.JUST GIVE US ANY YOUR REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. I have up to 95% commercial construction costs financing for your client’s 2nd scenario. But there are points upfront. So if you get to a point that you can't get the deal done, please call me directly at (425) 949-7069.

I would like more info on scenario #1, there are no points required upfront but there are third party expenses associated with getting the borrower to the loan offer stage. (10-15k) only goes hard once a commitment is executed, which is subject only to an appraisal.
