Hi all,
I have a client that owns 16 properties in Oregon, 13 of which have mortgages. 4 mortgages show up on credit. He wants to refi 3 of his SFR rentals. Has great equity, credit, cash flow etc. Full doc business owner with strong financials. Know anybody that can do loans when client has 13 mortgages, or any blanket loans still out there?
Thanks,

Eric Nichols

wow thanks Ben, what a great help! Guys like you are what makes this business so great!
Also, great website! It has the powerful ability to make people dizzy while looking at it. I didn't realize discount web design could be so effective. Great picture by the way, but next time have the photographer tape your ears down.
The loan was placed by the way, but thanks for being so helpful.

Eric

Sorry, you must have thuoght that I knew of a lender. It was a request to get businss from you not to help you. I never even had a lender lined up but have had great success in finding local banks for deals like this. My thoughts were that if you didnt want to or couldnt find a lender that I could.

I like the ears, look even better now that I shaved my head. Your mom and sister like them too.

Classless. Ravi, someone posted yesterday that Amtrust will still fund > 10 properties.

See Ben, this is what we do here on BO, not solicit other people's deals or insult their family for asking for help.

Go Slants Go! Go Slants Go!

I don't know if insulting someone's family is a band-able offense, but if I had the button I'd kick this guy out with the quickness. It was fully inappropriate to insult someone's mother and sister because they are trying to place a loan.

You're taking what was said out of context. The OP made an insultant and got insulted back.

Slant's just hot because we've had a lengthy discussion on another post in which Slant was wrong about multiple financing issues. As well, we dont share the same philosophy on how this forum can be used to gain more business. My personal thoughts are that if someone wants to spend time taking a lead from another broker and research options to get it done that there's nothing wrong with that.

How is it out of context? The context is right here. Actually no, you are not exactly right on your take on financing issues and I'm hardly hot, but I find your tactless behavior offensive and your 'philosophy' objectionable and am also free to express that opinion.

Hey we agree on something! You're absolutely right that you as an American are free to have an opinion. God Bless America!

Hi Eric, yes there are lenders out there doing blanket loans. The one I have in mind is a currency based lender that offers rates as low as 2.9%. The only catch is that the agregate LTV of all the properties needs to be 70% or less. Shoot me an email with your scenario and I'll see if they will entertain it.
