Does anyone know of a lender that can do a loan, specifically a second mortgage for a borrower with 12 properties? It can go full doc, FICO is 707 and all properties are SFR's and rented out. CLTV would be 70-80% if possible.
Seems that the property number kills it with most people. He'd look at a first mortgage too if there is a Pay Option Arm available. He's an old retired professor with loads of equity in his properties and likes the cashflow and doesn't mind the neg-am.
