| Depending on what type of Net Branch you are looking for, you can try Apex Lending. We are true broker, but you can have an office anywhere. FHA turn times will depend on the lender, but I am not having any problems. If you are looking for a net branch that also lends their own money and underwrites in house, then Apex wouldn't work.
