Here is what I have got. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
* Oregon Property (Just Outside Of Eugene)
* Want $100k C/O for Debt Consolidation
* Complex Property - 2 lots (Lot 1-Warehouse w/ office space & 2006 Man Home)
(Lot 2-Dutch Brothers Style Coffee Shop & 2006 Man Home)
* Current Liens - 1st $530k @ 8.25% 2nd $147k @ 8.75%
* $1million Value
* Could redo 2nd and add $100k or redo the entire loan.

How far outside of Eugene? Within 30 miles? Could probably handle the warehouse to 75% ltv (rate/term refi only) but won't give value to the mobile home. The 2nd lot could have problems as those little coffee shops aren't much in the overall value.
Full doc? Last two years tax returns if owner occ.
Would like to see pictures of the property.
